STAFF AND ASSIGNMENTS

An easier handoff
for your team.

Make ownership clear

Admins can assign a sales representative to a quote and filter the inbox by rep.

Leave a note for the team

Post an Internal Staff Note for colleagues or choose Buyer-Visible Note to share a message with the buyer.

Set the right role

Admins manage settings, staff, assignments, and recovery. Sales Reps work on quotes.

HOW IT WORKS

Give each quote
a clear owner.

Add your colleagues

An admin enters each colleague’s name, email, role, and Shopify staff ID, verified by the store administrator. You can mark staff active or inactive as access changes.

Keep ownership beside the request

Merchant-created quotes are assigned to their creator. An admin can change the rep from the quote details. Assignment shows who owns the follow-up; it does not restrict other active reps to their own quotes.

Choose who sees each message

Leave an internal note for colleagues or choose a buyer-visible note to share it. Check the visibility before posting, especially when discussing a price with your team.
