Your quote PDF includes the logo and terms saved when you send the offer. Set them in Settings before publishing the next revision.
1. Open your store settings
Open QuoteWick in Shopify Admin and select Settings. You need the QuoteWick Admin role to manage these preferences.
If you don’t have access, ask the colleague who manages staff roles for your store.
2. Upload your merchant logo
Under Notifications and branding, use Merchant logo to choose an image.
The logo must be:
- A PNG or JPEG file.
- No larger than 256 KB.
- No larger than 2000 × 2000 pixels.
Use an image that works on a light background. The logo is scanned when you save Settings. If scanning fails or is unavailable, resolve the error and save again.
If you want to stop using an existing logo, select Remove logo for future revisions instead.
3. Set terms and quote validity
Under Commercial policies, enter Quote terms for future revisions. Leave it blank to use the standard validity, tax, and shipping terms.
Set Quote validity in days to a value between 1 and 365. This controls how long a sent quote remains valid.
Payment terms come from the buyer’s Shopify company location. They are separate from your merchant-written quote terms.
4. Save your settings
Under Notifications and branding, select Staff notification language if your team prefers English, French, German, or Spanish for staff emails.
The setting applies to staff notification emails after saving. It does not change the merchant interface language, which follows the Shopify account language.
To email buyers a review link or enable reminders, follow Set up quote emails and reminders. You’ll need the published customer-account page URL and configured mail delivery.
Choose Save Settings to apply your changes.
5. Send a revision and check its PDF
Prepare a draft offer and send it to the buyer. Once the document is generated, use Download PDF on the quote or PDF in its revision history.
Check the logo, buyer details, pricing table, negotiated totals, and terms. Longer item tables and notes continue onto additional pages.
What happens to earlier documents?
Already published PDFs keep the branding, terms, and buyer language saved with that revision.
To issue a document with updated details, send a new revision. Standard PDF labels support the four included languages; your product names, custom terms, and messages remain as written.
What to expect
Newly sent revisions include your saved branding and terms, while older documents retain their original details.
