Make it yours

Upload your merchant logo and set quote terms for future revisions in the app’s Settings.

Keep the details readable

A4 documents include buyer information, a pricing table, negotiated totals, and page numbering.

Keep earlier proposals

Each published revision gets its own PDF. Earlier documents stay available in revision history.

HOW IT WORKS

The document matches
the offer you sent.

Add your logo and terms

Your logo and quote terms are saved with the revision when you send it. The buyer message can appear on the PDF too, so your explanation stays with the price.

Make room for larger orders

Long item tables continue onto more pages with repeated headings. Notes and terms continue as needed, so a large order is still easy to read.

Leave older documents as they were

A change to your logo or terms applies to future revisions. Earlier PDFs keep the details you sent at the time.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Worth knowing.

Which logo formats are supported?

Upload a PNG or JPEG up to 256 KB and no larger than 2000 × 2000 pixels.

Will changing my logo update an older PDF?

No. Send a new revision if you need a PDF with updated branding or terms. Earlier PDFs keep their original details.
