HOW IT WORKS

The details are
already here.

Start with a request or create your own

Buyers can submit requests from their customer account. Your team can also create a quote for a phone call or email enquiry, then work on it in the same inbox.

Read the history before you reply

Buyer notes, PO attachments, payment terms, messages, and offer revisions stay with the quote. The Activity section records changes and buyer views of published offers.

Track the outcome

See which quotes need a reply, are with buyers, or need review. Eligible quotes can be cancelled or declined with a reason. Converted quotes keep their Shopify draft and invoice links, with completed orders tracked separately.
