BUYER QUOTE REQUESTS

Bring the whole
shopping list.

Buyers can build a request from catalog search, pasted SKUs, or a CSV in their Shopify customer account. Save a draft while gathering the details, then submit it for your team to price.

Choose how to add items

Search by SKU, barcode, title, or vendor. For a prepared list, paste SKUs and quantities or upload a CSV.

Pick it up later

Save a buyer draft, return to edit the items and notes, and submit the saved request when it is ready.

Keep the buying details together

Choose an authorized company location and include a PO number and delivery notes with the request.

HOW IT WORKS

From a product list
to a quote request.

Start in the buyer’s account

Buyers sign in and open QuoteWick from the customer account menu. They need a B2B company location with permission to place orders.

Use the list you already have

CSV intake accepts a sku, quantity header and files up to 256 KB. Catalog search lets buyers check the price for their selected quantity and follow the displayed minimum, maximum, and multiple rules.

Submit when the details are ready

Saving a draft keeps the request available to edit. Submit it when you want the sales team to prepare an offer. After saving or submitting, buyers can attach a supported purchase-order document from the quote.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Worth knowing.

Can buyers request a quote without a company account?

Buyers need to sign in to a Shopify customer account with an authorized B2B company location. A personal account alone is not enough.

Can buyers upload an Excel workbook?

Save the product list as a CSV with sku, quantity columns, up to 256 KB. Excel workbook files are not supported for item intake.
