See the step-by-step guideBuyers can add PDF, PNG, or JPEG files up to 25 MB each, with a limit of 20 attachments per quote.
Uploads are validated and held for a malware scan. A document becomes downloadable after the scan reports it clean.
Merchants see attachments under Original purchase request. Buyers can find their files in Messages and history.
Save a draft or submit a request, then open the quote and use Purchase-order attachment. Uploads are available to buyers with ordering permission while the quote allows them.
A pending scan means the file has arrived but is not ready to download. Refresh the quote to check its status. Merchants can inspect quarantined uploads in Operations.
Downloads use authorized, time-limited links. The shop has a 5 GB attachment quota. A duplicate quote starts without the original’s attachments, so add any documents needed for the new request.
Attachments support PDF, PNG, and JPEG. To add product quantities from a spreadsheet, use the CSV input when making a quote request.
It may still be waiting for scanning. Refresh the quote. If it stays pending or is rejected, ask the merchant to check Operations.
Connect your store and set up the buyer page. Then create an offer or receive your first request.
